Congrats！ We're proud to announce that our painting factory has officially achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications in April, 2025！

This international recognition reflects our unwavering commitment to quality and environmental responsibility. We will continue striving to deliver high-quality products and sustainable services to our valued customers.

We have two way of pre-treatment process, which are Spray rinsing and Ultrasonic cleaning, to meet various of metal materials’ demand. After pre-treatment, the object goes to Powder painting or Liquid coating depends on the requirement.

The Powder painting process we are using Yaskawa industrial robots with GAMA from Switzerland equipment in order for more stable quality.

As to the Liquid painting, we are using dry spray booths to meet the EU standard and spraying process by Ransburg Disco from USA Brand to meet strict quality demand. We extremely treat good to the environment, so all of materials and process meet RoHs and Reach regulation.
